Price increase 29th October 2017
Please be advised that as of Sunday 29 October we will have a price increase because of the rising costs we have incurred over the past two years.
Most bread and rolls will increase by around 5% (slightly under the 5.2% retail index for this period). There are larger increases on croissants and Danish pastries which have been hit by high rises in the prices of butter. Some of the speciality Danish and French loaves will experience greater increases, so please check your prices.
We have done our best to absorb the increases up to now but we have to balance this against our continued efforts to provide great, daily, fresh-baked continental and British artisan loaves of bread and rolls here in Jersey. We also need to maintain competitive salaries to attract the skills and expertise necessary to continue producing top-quality authentic produce. We continue to invest in new facilities and buy great ingredients in a challenging international marketplace.

Gallette des Rois

We hope you will try it and enjoy it – please let us know what you think.
